Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 29, 2026  |  Last Updated: March 29, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Customer," or "you") and Green Lantern Pizza ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the website greenlanternpizza.top. By accessing, browsing, or otherwise using our Website, or by placing an order for our food products and services, you expressly accept and agree to comply with these Terms in their entirety.

Your continued use of the Website and our services following the posting of any updates or changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you are using the Website on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, and the term "you" shall refer to both you individually and the entity you represent.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Website, including customers who place orders online, guests who simply browse our menu, and any third-party representatives acting on your behalf. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason not prohibited by applicable law.

If you are under the age of 13, you are not permitted to use our Website or services. If you are between the ages of 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you may only use our Website under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, audio clips, video, data compilations, menu designs, trade names, trademarks, service marks, and software, is the property of Green Lantern Pizza or its licensors and is protected under the intellectual property laws of the United States, including the Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and applicable trademark law.

The "Green Lantern Pizza" name, logo, and any associated branding elements are proprietary marks of the Company. You are expressly prohibited from using any of our trademarks, trade names, logos, or other proprietary designations without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may subject you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Website solely for the purpose of browsing our menu, placing orders, and using our services for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:

  • Use the Website or its content for any commercial purpose without our express written consent.
  • Frame or link to the Website in any manner that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our prior approval.

Any feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other information you provide to us regarding our services ("Feedback") shall be deemed non-confidential, and by submitting such Feedback, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate such Feedback into our products and services without any obligation to compensate you.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on our Website are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable sales taxes or delivery fees unless expressly stated. Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout in accordance with applicable state and local tax laws.

5.2 Payment Methods

We accept payment by major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our Website at the time of checkout. By submitting a payment, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that the information you supply is accurate and complete.

5.3 Order Confirmation

Once you place an order and payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation via email or other means as specified. This confirmation is not a guarantee of availability. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders in the event of pricing errors, unavailability of items, or other unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a cancellation initiated by us, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

5.4 Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of food products, all sales are generally considered final once an order has been prepared. However, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you experience an issue with your order — such as receiving incorrect items, experiencing a quality issue, or any other problem — please contact us at [email protected] within a reasonable time of receiving your order. We will review your complaint and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, credit, or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations requested before food preparation has commenced may be accommodated; however, we cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once preparation has begun. Delivery fees are generally non-refundable once delivery has been dispatched.

5.5 Promotional Offers

Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers are subject to their own terms and conditions and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly stated. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at any time.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GREEN LANTERN PIZZA, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR WEBSITE OR SERVICES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO US IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain types of liability. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law. The limitations set forth in this section shall apply regardless of the form of action, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal or equitable theory.

We are not responsible for any damages or losses resulting from: your reliance on information or content posted on our Website; any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data; statements or conduct of any third party on the Website; or any other matter relating to the Website or services not expressly addressed herein.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 As-Is Basis

OUR WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GREEN LANTERN PIZZA EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE; (B) THE RESULTS OBTAINED FROM USE OF THE WEBSITE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE; (C) ANY ERRORS IN THE WEBSITE WILL BE CORRECTED; OR (D) THE WEBSITE OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

7.2 Food and Allergen Disclaimer

While we take reasonable precautions to maintain food quality and safety, we do not warrant that our food products are free from any particular allergen or that they are suitable for individuals with specific dietary needs, allergies, or medical conditions. Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are strongly encouraged to contact us directly before placing an order. We disclaim all liability for allergic reactions or other adverse effects arising from consumption of our food products where adequate disclosure was not made to us at the time of ordering.

7.3 Third-Party Content and Links

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites, services, or platforms that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. The inclusion of any link does not imply our endorsement, approval, or recommendation of the linked site. We encourage you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Green Lantern Pizza, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, successors, and assigns (collectively, "Indemnified Parties") from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your violation of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation.
  • Your use of the Website or services, including any data or content you transmit or receive.
  • Your violation of any third party's rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights.
  • Any misrepresentation made by you in connection with your use of our services.
  • Any dispute between you and another user or third party arising from your use of our services.
  • Your negligent or wrongful conduct, or the conduct of any person acting on your behalf.

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with us in asserting any available defenses. You agree not to settle any such matter without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the applicable state laws of the jurisdiction in which Green Lantern Pizza is registered and operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Specifically, to the extent applicable, these Terms are subject to:

  • The Federal Trade Commission Act (15 U.S.C. § 41 et seq.) governing unfair or deceptive business practices.
  • The Electronic Communications Privacy Act (18 U.S.C. § 2510 et seq.).
  • The Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030).
  • All applicable state consumer protection laws of the state in which you reside or in which our business is registered.
  • For California residents: the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and the California Consumers Legal Remedies Act (CLRA).

Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our services shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States. You consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to venue or jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Green Lantern Pizza retains the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute or claim informally by contacting us at [email protected]. We will make good-faith efforts to resolve the matter within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within that period, either party may proceed with the dispute resolution mechanisms described below.

10.2 Binding Arbitration

Except as otherwise provided herein, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, or to the use of the Website or services (collectively, "Disputes"), shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by a nationally recognized arbitration organization such as the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Consumer Arbitration Rules then in effect. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and shall take place in the United States. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

The arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis. You and Green Lantern Pizza each agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

10.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND GREEN LANTERN PIZZA AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. Further, unless both you and Green Lantern Pizza agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding.

10.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent immediate harm pending final resolution of any Dispute. Nothing in this section shall prevent Green Lantern Pizza from seeking injunctive relief to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

11. Term and Termination

These Terms shall remain in full force and effect for as long as you use our Website or services. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website and services, with or without cause, at any time and without prior notice, including if we believe that you have violated or acted inconsistently with any provision of these Terms.

Upon termination of your access to our Website:

  • Your right to use the Website and services will immediately cease.
  • Any outstanding orders placed prior to termination may be fulfilled at our discretion.
  • All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

You may also choose to stop using our Website and services at any time. If you have an account with us, you may request deletion of your account by contacting us at [email protected]. We will process such requests in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

Termination shall not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the effective date of termination, including any outstanding payment obligations or pending claims.

12. Changes to Terms

Green Lantern Pizza reserves the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time in its sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. In certain circumstances, we may provide additional notice of material changes, such as by sending an email to the address associated with your account or by displaying a prominent notice on the Website.

Your continued use of the Website or our services following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Website and services.

We may also, in our discretion, notify you of changes to these Terms through other means, including through your account dashboard or by posting a notice on our Website's homepage. Regardless of the method of notification, your continued use of the Website after changes have been made and posted constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, such provision shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect.

The parties agree that any invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid provision that most closely approximates the intent and economic effect of the original provision. No waiver by either party of any breach or default of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default, and shall not affect the other terms of these Terms.

14. Additional Legal Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies or guidelines posted on our Website, constitute the entire agreement between you and Green Lantern Pizza with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.

14.2 No Waiver

The failure of Green Lantern Pizza to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Green Lantern Pizza.

14.3 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms freely, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or by operation of law. Any purported assignment by you in violation of this section shall be null and void.

14.4 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms arising out of or caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, fires, floods, wars, terrorism, labor disputes, governmental actions, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, or any other event of force majeure. In such circumstances, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable.

14.5 Notices

Any notices or other communications required or permitted under these Terms shall be in writing and delivered by email to [email protected] or by posting on our Website. Notices to you shall be deemed given when sent to the email address associated with your account or when posted on our Website.

14.6 Headings

The headings and section titles used in these Terms are for convenience of reference only and shall not affect the construction or interpretation of these Terms.
